My name is Mariluz Castaner and I am the owner of Express Waste Services LLC. I am just your average hard working mom, wife, entrepreneur, , average tennis player, ocean loving, charity involved, lady next door. I have been happily married for 27 years and I have 2 beautiful daughters, one going to high school and one finishing her Masters Program. I have lived in South Florida for most of my life and I have a Bachelors Degree from Barry University. I have been in the real estate business for over 15 years and for the last 10 years I have been buying, rehabbing, and flipping homes . My home remodeling business has allowed me to establish good relationships with home buyers, realtors, contractors, construction businesses, and many more. Roll off dumpsters are a key component of my daily work routine, without it my projects cannot advance. I often found that the deliveries were not always reliable or timely and that would setback the subcontractors and my completion date would be delayed, costing me money. . It was then that I decided to start Express Waste Services with the hopes of delivering the dumpsters in a timely manner, charging the customers cheap, picking it up on time, and repeating the process over and over! Hence the birth of our slogan
